We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Once your return is submitted, please ship the item back to us within 10 days.
How to Start a Return

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us at a21874059@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping label. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

EU Customers
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
